P O L I C Y
- $30 deposit is REQUIRED for all clients (e-transfer to lusthetiques@gmail.com)
- If an appointment is made and no deposit is submitted within 2 hours, your appointment will be cancelled
- Deposits go towards the service cost & remainder will be collected at your appointment
- Appointments are scheduled on a strict time limit, so appointment times will NOT be extended if you arrive a few minutes late
- Appointments usually run back to back and even arriving 5 mins late sets me back. Please be on time 🙂
- Any changes to your appointment must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment (*keep note: laser hair removal’s policy for appointment cancellations/rescheduling needs to be done before 7 days. Cancelling/rescheduling with 7 days or less notice will result in deposit forfeiture.)
- Please keep in mind weather and traffic conditions, and ARRIVE ON TIME! 🙂
DEPOSITS WILL BE FORFEITED IF:
- 24 hour cancellation isn’t given for services: Lash Lift, All Skincare Treatments, Teeth brightening
- 7 day cancellation isn’t given for: Laser Hair Removal services
- You arrive 15 or more minutes past your scheduled time (appointment will be cancelled)
- You are a no-show
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
- After booking, you will receive an e-mail.
- Your appointment is good to go! (unless you receive an e-mail stating otherwise.)
- Address details will be e-mailed to you 24 hours before your appointment, so please make sure you put down a reliable e-mail address.
- At your appointment, ONLY cash or E-transfers will be accepted at your appointment.
Incase of any emergency, please notify me as soon as possible.
