All new clients are REQUIRED to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit. There is a 2 hour window for the deposit to be sent in, or your appointment will be cancelled. Deposits can be sent via e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org

ABOUT LASER HAIR REMOVAL
Machine Used: Soprano XL/ICE
Sessions Required: 8-12 sessions are required for permanent hair reduction from about 75%-90% depending on your hormones. Please note that skipping your appointment will result in at least 10% hair growth, this is why it is very important to come for your appointment every 5-6 weeks.
PRE LASER HAIR REMOVAL:
Shave 24hrs before
Arrive with no lotions/creams
THROUGHOUT LASER HAIR REMOVAL:
No waxing, threading, plucking, using nair etc
Stay away from the sun 1 week before and 1 week after laser session
Skin can be tanned to be treated by laser BUT not burnt
POST LASER HAIR REMOVAL:
Avoid hot water, steam, saunas etc (72 hrs)
Avoid sun exposure (1 week)
Avoid moisturizes that have chemicals (72 hrs)
Exfoliate areas treated (5 days post)

Cancellation Policy : Please be aware of weather and traffic conditions and arrive on time! 🙂 At your appointment, ONLY cash or Visa are accepted. Tax is charged for Visa payments. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please give a minimum of 48 hours notice. Due to back to back bookings, if you arrive 15mins past your scheduled time, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients to schedule an appointment (e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org). Please submit your deposit within 2 hours of booking, or it will result in appointment cancellation. This deposit will go towards your service cost, and the remainder will be collected during your appointment. Deposit will be forfeited if: – 48 hour cancellation is not given – If you arrive 15mins past your scheduled time – If you are a no-show. If at any given time a current client is 15 minutes late, cancels within 48hours or no-shows, they will be required to pay a fee of $25 to book a new appointment.
